Premier BWWOTC Managerial Seminar:
Towards a cleaner future

The Bulgarian Water and Wastewater Operators Training Center will present its first managerial seminar on 18 February 2004 at 15:30 50 17:30 at the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Salle 8. This program for utility managers and executives, government officials, and the Bulgarian media, will introduce the benefits of legislation to require training and certification of operators in all plants that process water or discharge wastewater. The Project Leader, Delaware Technical & Community College, will show how trained operators benefit the health, safety, and environment while saving considerable money for the community at large.

This project to build water and wastewater operators training centers in Bulgaria is funded by the United States Agency for International Development. The Bulgarian partner is the Bulgarian National Association on Water Quality.
