Professional Bartending $219
Hands-on mixology training with emphasis on responsible serving practices. Historical background of the beverage industry, review of wines and service and how to deal effectively with customers. We
will also cover the National Restaurant Association’s “Serving Alcohol Responsibly.” Course covers the certification exam and upon successful completion you will receive your NRA Serving Alcohol Responsible Certification.

Serv Safe $179
Designed for food service professionals who want to obtain food
safety certification. The class will meet Delaware Public Health requirements. Course fee includes book, and certification
examination from the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association (NRA). Pre-study is recommended. A certification is awarded upon successful completion of the course/exam.
