Office Hours
The Corporate & Community Programs office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4 PM. For information about campus closings or late openings please call our inclement weather line at (302) 577-5555.

Students with Disabilities
Accommodations will be made for students with disabilities. Please call, (302) 454-3956 for the Stanton campus or (302) 830-5200 for the Wilmington campus, at least two weeks in advance of your class to make arrangements for accommodations.

Class Cancellations
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled and students notified before the first class meeting. Since contacts must be made during the day, please supply your daytime phone number or one where a message may be left for you. In case of inclement weather, if the college is closed, our classes will not be held. Students will not be notified.

You are enrolled upon receipt of payment, provided there is space in the class. You will be contacted if there is a problem.

Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend a non-credit course in which you are enrolled, you may request a refund from Corporate & Community Programs. For full refund consideration, your request must be received 72 hours prior to the first class. If you withdraw from the course within the first week, you may be eligible to receive a 75% refund. Refunds are not given for courses with three or fewer sessions with the exception of the above 72 hour refund request. Please note that there are some courses with different refund guidelines.(For example, cancellation for WIA non-credit certificate workforce programs is the same as for credit classes.) Please note that refunds for payments made by check may take a minimum of six weeks to process.
Tax Deductions/Credit
An income tax deduction may be permitted for educational expenses incurred while maintaining and improving professional skills. Consult a tax specialist for more information.

Transcripts
Students may obtain Transcripts for non-credit courses at no charge. An unofficial Transcript can be obtained at any time during office hours by visiting the Registrar's office at the campus you attended. For an Official Transcript please allow 2 to 3 business days. An Official Transcript form is available online at www.dtcc.edu/all/forms
Return the completed form to the Delaware Tech campus you attended. The campus address can be found at the top of the form. Faxed forms are accepted.

Student IDs
Students attending a class that meets for more than two weeks you will need to obtain a free Delaware Tech ID badge from the Public Safety Office.
