Pairing Classic French Wines & Cheeses    $125
Are you searching for that perfect combination of wine and cheese? Sample and learn about classic French wines from eight different regions and some unique French cheeses that complement them. Cheeses for each session will be selected to complement the wines to be tasted, including Epoisses, Pierre Robert, and Reblochon. Also discussed are manufacturing and aging techniques for both wines
and cheeses.

Learn to capture that "once in a lifetime event" using lighting, posing and candid compositions to tell a story. Coursework will include the business side of photography, budgeting, pricing, contractual obligations, copyrights, etiquette and working with diverse clients and their guests.
