Faculty and staff can get help using Blackboard from the CCIT Centers by phone, walk-in, or appointment. Our staff can answer your question, provide individual training, or set up group training. Additionally, you will also find workshop schedules, training material, resource links and other resources at your campus CCIT websites. All other computer questions should be directed to your campus Help Desk. |
