 Permanent or temporary residents, political asylees or refugees are required to submit a paper application.
International Students
International student applicants must select a program of study and complete the admissions procedures as outlined in the Guidelines for Prospective F-1 Students. Follow the instructions closely. All required documentation must be completed prior to being accepted at Delaware Tech and being issued the "I-20" Immigration and Naturalization Service form.
