Specialty License Plate Auction

Own a Delaware Tech specialty license plate approved
for use by the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles!

HOW: You can purchase your own Delaware Tech specialty license plate by participating in our online auction.  Available plates are numbered between 1 and 9999. To win, you must be the highest bidder at the end of the auction; the minimum bid for each plate is $50 except for single digit plates which begin at $100.

WHEN: The online auction begins Monday, October 13 at 8am and closes Sunday, November 16 at 10pm

WHY: Each plate is a one-of-a-kind gift for yourself or for your favorite Delaware Tech graduate or supporter! They make great holiday gifts.  And, best of all, the proceeds will benefit the Delaware Technical & Community College Educational Foundation and the Delaware Tech Alumni Association.

 

 

 

What number should I pick?

Here are a few ideas!

  • Alumni and students: Year -- or month and year --you graduated or will graduate
  • Employees: Year --or month and year – you started or retired
  • Everyone: Birth date of you or family members; phone number; house number; favorite number
