>In-Kind Gifts
Examples include gifts of state-of-the-art instructional technology such as computers, monitors, cameras, laboratory and clinical equipment, and medical instrumentation.

>Appreciated Assets
Gifts of appreciated stocks, bonds, mutual funds and real estate are wonderful contributions and have significant tax advantages for donors.

>Planned Gifts
Donors can give assets to the College while retaining the income. Charitable remainder trusts and gift annuities provide income for life to the donor. You also may wish to consider naming Delaware Tech as a beneficiary in your will or bequeath life insurance or retirement assets.

>Multiple-Year Pledges
Donors may wish to spread their gifts over one to five years.
