Stephen Ruby became the Chairperson of the Academic Challenge Program in October of 1999.  He currently teaches level 3, Statistics and Pre-Calculus.

Mr. Ruby earned his Bachelors degree of Science in Physical Education and mathematics from West Virginia University.  In 1972 he was awarded a Masters Equivalency in mathematics from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 In addition, he advises and counsels level 4 and 5, 11th and 12th grade AC students, who will be attending the University of Delaware.
