Delaware Tech buildings bordering Route 18 from a westward approach:
- Carter Partnership Center (room numbers: 500 series). The Industry and Training building (room numbers: 600 & 700 series) directly behind the Carter Partnership Center, housing Corporate and Environment offices.
- Stephen S. Betze Library (room numbers: 400 series). Student Service and Child Development (room numbers: 800 series) Centers are directly behind the Library.
- Arts & Science Center (room numbers: 300 series). The College main entrance is directly in front of this building, marked by a diamond shaped fountain.
- Jason Technology Center (room numbers: 100 series). This is the first building coming from an eastward approach. Corporate and Community Programs main office is in the Jason Technology Center next to the Gym.

To Chesapeake Bay Bridge US-50 East. Follow signs for "Delaware and Beaches". Continue on US-50 to SR-404 East. Follow SR-404 to Rt. 18 through Bridgeville. Cross US-13 and continue on SR404/Rt18 for approximately 10-15 miles. Delaware Tech is on the right just before the intersection of SR-404/Rt. 18 and US-113.

US-1 becomes US-113 in the Dover area. Continue on US-113 South to Milford Exit. Continue US-113 South to intersection of US-113 and SR-404/US-18. Turn right on US-18.
