		Classic Upward Bound Mission The mission of the Classic Upward Bound program is to provide assistance to participants in completing high school and undertaking a program of postsecondary education. The intent of the program is to provide academic support, enrichment services and personal guidance to encourage program participants to enter and complete postsecondary education. A powerful boost towards College and Career SUCCESS College and career awareness activities Six-week summer academic skills enrichment program Tours of colleges and universities which offer a wide variety of course offerings in programs where Classic Upward Bound participants may be under represented Trips to area businesses in fields where applicants must have a college degree Cultural trips to various cities which offer a wide variety of events and experiences
