Mission
The mission of the Talent Search program is to provide assistance to participants in completing high school and undertaking a program of post-secondary education. The intent of the Talent Search program is to provide academic and personal support to encourage program participants to enter into and complete a post-secondary educational program.
Purpose & Philosophy
The purpose of the Talent Search program is to identify program participants, encourage these participants to continue their education and graduate from high school, assist students in applying to college and obtaining financial aid, and ensure that each participant enrolls in post-secondary education.
The philosophy of the Owens Campus Talent Search program is to support participants through secondary education and promote enrollment in post-secondary education and to provide the activities that will enhance their success beyond the high school level.

Target School Districts: Cape Henlopen, Delmar, Laurel, Seaford, Indian River, and Woodbridge (6th - 12th Grades)
