What is Road Scholar (a.k.a. Elderhostel)

Road Scholar is an international, educational adventure for older adults looking for something different; it is also an opportunity to meet people with similar interests. Since our program began in 1991, we have hosted participants from California to Florida, Maine to Texas, and England to Japan!

Classes are held at hotels in Rehoboth Beach. As a commuter with meals, you are welcome to join us for the week’s activities, for courses and meals, from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon.
