English as a Second Language (ESL)
The ESL Certificate Program is an intensive English language program. Students can attend class up to twenty hours per week. We offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced level courses in reading, writing, English grammar, and listening/speaking. Students who complete the Certificate Program are prepared to enter a degree program at Delaware Tech.
