The DLRS has three institutional centers, one in each of Delaware's three counties. The Learning Resource Center in Sussex County is located in the Child Development Center on the Jack F. Owens Campus of Delaware Technical & Community College. The Kent County Center is located in the library of Delaware State University in Dover, and the New Castle Center is housed within the Education Resource Center at the University of Delaware in Newark. The collection materials from each center are available for loan at no cost to the borrower. Patrons must register with the center before borrowing materials. Materials circulate for a two-week period and may be renewed upon request. Materials can be sent via state mail to educators with access to a state mail address. View our online catalog. The Sussex County location hosts two other organizations: Delaware Teacher Center and The Family & Workplace Connection.
