Each Delaware Learning Resource Center maintains an individual database of patrons.  You must be registered with the site from which you wish to borrow materials.  To register with the Sussex County site, you must complete a registration form.  You may fill out a registration form in person at the Learning Resource Center or download (PDF File*) and submit via mail or fax.
