The purpose and mission of the Diversity Club, as stated in our club constitution, is to celebrate and promote Diversity on the Stanton Campus at Delaware Tech. The Diversity Club was started after Unity Week, held in March, 2005. During the activities held that week, several students from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds came to know and like one another, and they decided that a group should be formed to better experience the diversity already present on Delaware Tech's Stanton Campus.

Programs, activities, and services will maximize the benefits of diversity by teaching students to understand multiple perspectives and effectively function in diverse groups.
