The demand for trained, qualified professionals far exceeds the supply and the job prospects for graduates are excellent with a potential 5,000 new chef and manager positions becoming available in Delaware alone over the next six years.

We focus on training our students to become the best chefs and managers they can be. Our talented and caring faculty and administrators bring real-world experiences from the culinary industry to the classroom.

The Stanton Campus offers the first and only accredited Associate degree programs in both Culinary Arts and Food Service Management in the State of Delaware. The Accreditation Commission of the American Culinary Federation awarded accreditation in January 2006. Our programs have met the highest standards for program curriculum, staffing and facilities; the same standards met by top programs all over the country.
