The
Food Prep II class
will be hosting this menu page during the Spring semester with new and exciting healthy
American Regional menus. Each week will feature a standard menu and a Sous
Chef menu. Service styles and themes will vary each week.
The
Stanton Bistro is open on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM
for lunch. Reservations are preferred for either a sit-down dining
experience or a take-out meal. Reservations and take-out orders can be
called in starting at 10:00 am for pick up during normal service times.
Please
call 453-3092 after 10:00 AM on the day of your required reservation. The
students will do their best to accommodate your requests. For large parties
of 6 or more, please give as much notice as possible.
Throughout
the semester we will be exploring different American Regional cuisines.
Each week should be exciting and different. Also each week there will be a
featured Sous Chef menu designed for the quick meal. Click on the linked student name to
the left to view the student’s Sous Chef menu.
The
Stanton Bistro gift card, to personally use or share with friends or
business associates is available to purchase in the Dean’s office during
normal college business hours. Please ask the student host or hostess for
details.
Food
allergies and restrictive or special diets are a concern to us all. As a
guest, please visit the recipe links to the left and advise your server
upon arrival to help ensure your dining pleasure. We will do our best to
accommodate requests for special diets. Please ask your student host or
hostess.
