The Food Prep II class will be hosting this menu page
during the Spring semester with new and exciting healthy menus.
The Stanton Bistro is open on Tuesday and Thursday from
11:15 AM to 12:45 PM for lunch. Reservations are preferred for either a
sit-down dining experience or take-out. Please remember that you can call
ahead for your take-out order. (A new “What’s for lunch” take-out phone
number will be published soon for your convenience.)
Please call 453-3092 after 10:30 AM on the day of your
required reservation for either a sit-down meal or take-out. For parties
over six, please call one week in advance. The students will do their best
to accommodate your requests.
Throughout the semester we will be exploring different
American regions and cooking styles. Each week should be exciting and
different. Also each week there will be a featured Sous Chef Special Menu
accompanying the standard menu. The Sous Chef Menu is designed for the
quick meal. Selections will vary daily for a sit-down or take-out meal.
Please ask your server for the daily Sous Chef offerings. Sous Chef Menus
will be incorporated as part of any scheduled buffet menu.
The Stanton Bistro gift card is available for your
dining experience to personally use or to share with friends or business
associates. The gift cards are available to purchase from the Dean of
Instruction’s office during normal college business hours. Please ask the
student host for details.
Food allergies are a concern to us all. As a guest or
potential guest with an allergy, please visit the recipe links posted to
the left and advise your server upon arrival to ensure your dining
pleasure.
The students and faculty look forward to seeing you and
