Math Challenge Exams

DTCC Stanton

 

Challenge Exams are given once each semester for the Stanton campus. Each student must register for the exam by contacting one of the persons listed below.

 

The exam is given prior to the beginning of the semester so that students can register for the correct mathematics course. The challenge exam is pass/fail. No letter grade is given on your student transcript. The letters AC, for advanced credit, will appear on a student transcript if a student passes the challenge exam. This fulfills the prerequisites for the next required course.

 

There is no charge to challenge a zero level course:

MAT 012, MAT 015, MAT 075.

There are practice exams for MAT 012, MAT 015 and MAT 075.

No practice exams are available for credit level courses.
