You can build on the terrific education you received at Delaware Tech and pursue a bachelor degree and beyond. Agreements with area four-year colleges and universities in specific connected degree programs allow you to graduate with your associate degree, be accepted at the partner institution and smoothly transfer as a junior!

Dual Admission Opportunities at Wilmington College and Delaware State University

Special partnerships allow Delaware Tech students in connected degree programs who intend to further their education at either Wilmington College or Delaware State University, and meet their requirements, to enjoy a host of benefits. Not only can you transfer your Delaware Tech credits, but you’ll have the opportunity to lock in your bachelor’s degree requirements during your first year at Delaware Tech. Academic advisement for Wilmington College and Delaware State will be available to you on your Delaware Tech campus, and you’ll be eligible for priority pre-registration your first semester at Delaware State or Wilmington College.

The Delaware Technical & Community College/Wilmington College/Dual Admission Partnership Agreement

This agreement represents a partnership between Delaware Technical & Community College and Wilmington College to implement a dual admission process for the purpose of facilitating seamless transfer for Delaware Tech graduates to Wilmington College in Connected Degree programs.* The agreement creates processes and mechanisms at Delaware Tech and Wilmington College for students in Connected Degree programs to support transfer, associate degree completion, and bachelor’s degree completion.

For purposes of this agreement, dual admission refers to the opportunity for students in Delaware Tech Connected Degree programs to declare their intention to use a Connected Degree pathway to Wilmington College and be eligible for the processes and mechanisms created in this agreement.
