Delaware Technical & Community College, Stanton campus will be offering a Biotechnology Summer Experience on July 14-24, 2008 from
9 am to 1 pm (Monday through Thursday only).
This course will introduce incoming Delaware Tech students and/or high school students, who have an interest in pursuing a major in science, to biotechnology and research.
Students who are accepted will
- participate in hands-on laboratory experiments
- tour local research facilities
- discuss scientific research and life as a scientist with guest scientists
- receive one college credit for completing the course
Completion of high school biology is required.
