Who Can Use the Wellness Centers?
The Wellness center is available for use by all full-time and regular, part-time employees of the College free of charge.  Full-time students are also allowed to use the Wellness Center free of charge.

Temporary part-time College employees (including adjuncts) and part-time students may use the center, but they are required to pay a fee per semester. The fees are $30 per semester for part-time students and $60 per semester for temporary part-time employees. This payment may be made at the Business Office.

All College employees are required to have a fitness evaluation prior to using the center and will be provided by Cardio-Kinetics of Newark at no cost to
full-time employees; however, all part-time College employees are responsible to pay for the evaluation.

A representative of Cardio-Kinetics will meet with you, assess your fitness goals and create a fitness routine specifically for you. All full-time and regular, part-time College employees may call Cardio-Kinetics at
(302) 738-6635 or the Wellness Center to schedule an evaluation. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Wellness Center

There are locker rooms with showers at the Stanton campus so it’s easy to work out during your lunch hour, then shower and return to work. You may keep your personal items in the lockers while you are working out; however, you must take your belongings with you when you are finished.

Those who want to lift heavier weights than are available at Stanton may use the Wilmington Campus Wellness center. The Wilmington center is larger and has Olympic barbells and dumbbells up to 100 lbs.
