JANUARY

All regular full-time employees please make sure you have turned in all your leave slips for December so that we may get them entered and your yearly calendar verified.

All regular full-time employees who participate in a 403b TSA Plan please see your H.R. representative to fill out a new form for the new calendar year.

All new regular full-time and regular part-time employees please look for a memo asking you to attend a mandatory Sexual Harassment Workshop if you have not already attended.

All Plan A & D employees who turned in professional development in December for a January 1 lane change and did not provide the official transcript, please turn in as soon as possible. 

FEBRUARY

All regular full-time employee leave calendars will be available for your review and signature.

MARCH

With employee recognition only two months away, please provide Pat Franklin by email or memo with any degrees or certifications that you may have obtained since last year.

APRIL

Annual Administrative Professionals Day Luncheon.

Quarterly leave calendars for all regular full-time employees will be available near the end of the month.

MAY

All regular full-time and regular part-time employee open enrollment for the statewide benefits will be this month. 

All regular full-time and part-time employees will be required to attend the Annual Employee Recognition Event. 

All Plan A & D employees will be receiving a memo regarding the Professional Development deadlines for the July 1 lane change.  Please make sure to adhere to the deadline date.

JUNE

JULY

All 12 month regular full-time employee's annual PDF will be available for signature sometime this month.

All 11 month regular full-time employee's annual PDF will be available for signature upon your return.

All Plan A & D employees who turned in professional development in May for a July 1 lane change and did not provide the official transcript, please turn in as soon as possible. 

AUGUST

In-Service to be held.

All new regular full-time and regular part-time employees please look for a memo asking you to attend a mandatory Sexual Harassment Workshop if you have not already attended.

All 10 month regular full-time employees annual PDF will be available for signature upon your return.

SEPTEMBER

Prostate Cancer Awareness Workshop to be held.

OCTOBER

Open enrollment for the Delaware Tech (flexi) benefits for all regular full-time employees will be this month. 

Breast Cancer Awareness Workshop will be held this month.

Quarterly leave calendars for all regular full-time employees will be available near the end of the month.

NOVEMBER

All Plan A & D employees will be receiving a memo regarding the Professional Development deadlines for the January 1 lane change.

Tech Table of Plenty to be held.

DECEMBER

All Plan A & D employees who will be turning in Professional Development Lane Advancement Application please make sure to turn in by the deadline date on the memo that was distributed in November.

All regular full-time employees please make sure you have turned in your Holiday break leave slip.

Flexible Spending Account Online Open enrollment for all regular full-time employees will be this month. 

W2’s will be mailed in January; all employees should check their pay advices to make sure their address is correct.  Please provide Human Resources with a change of address form if incorrect.
