Registration Procedure

1. Obtain a Test Authorization Form from the Registrar's Office. Complete appropriate portions of the form, including the test date, and return it to the Registrar's Office for verification.

2. After 3 business days, return to the Registrar's Office to pick up and sign for the validated Test Authorization Form. If all listed requirements have been met,* you will be given the original Test Authorization Form to take to the Business Office, where you will pay the $45 fee. After you have paid the fee, you are required to return the Test Authorization Form to the Registrar's Office immediately. You must have a picture ID tand your DTCC student ID number to enter the test site..

3. Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be issued after last day to pay.

*If all requirements have not been met, you will be referred to your advisor.

Please arrive at the test location 15 minutes prior to the start time.
NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER THE TEST BEGINS.
