It is my goal to develop a cohesive and winning volleyball program while also developing confident, independent, determined, and successful young women. The student-athletes, administration, faculty, and staff here is one of a kind and the volleyball program will follow suit.
2009 Inaugural Team is making history. This strong group of student-athletes has begun to make its mark on Region 19 NJCAA volleyball. The team has shown great potential early in the season and continued success is expected.

About JessicaJessica graduated locally from Dover High School in 2001. And received a Bachelors degree from West Chester University, PA in Athletic Training in 2005. She is currently in the process of going for her second degree at DTCC Owens Campus for Radiology Technology, as well as trying to obtain her teaching degree from Wilmington College.
She has had over 15 years of personal volleyball experience all the way from Holy Cross/CYO leagues to Club team; both high school level and college level while in Pennsylvania. Jessica was on the first team of Central Delaware's history. During her levels of play she earned several awards including Scholar Athlete, MVP, All- Conference, as well as experience being team leader and captain.
Jessica along with playing many levels has coached many as well. She started coaching at Holy Cross/CYO for the younger age groups, then moved to helping coach Dover High School's varsity team under Greg McCusker. This is her first real experience at the college level, and plans to enjoy it while teaching the girls everything she has learned along her many years of travel and experience.
