| Welcome to the Terry Campus Child Development Center Before and After Summer Camp program.. The Before and After program is in session Monday through Friday. The morning session is from
7:30 – 9:00 a.m., and the afternoon session is from 4:00 – 5:15 p.m. You will drop off and pick up your child at the Terry Campus Child Development Center, which is located on the first floor of the Education and Technology Building. The fee for the Before and After program is $35.00 a week. You will receive a weekly invoice from the Child Development Center. Your weekly invoice will be available at the front desk on Monday morning when you drop your child off at the Child Development Center. Your invoice must be paid on Monday. There is a drop box available for you to put your check in, or you may pay at the Business Office in the Terry Building. |

| Below or from the menu to the left you will find a Child Development Center application and a UDSA Food Income Eligibility Program form that will need to be filled out and returned to the Child Development Center no later then May 30, 2008. The Child Development Center takes part in the USDA Food Program. Because your child will be served breakfast, we must have this form on file in order to fulfill the USDA regulations. If we have not received your paperwork by May 30, 2008, your child will NOT have a spot reserved in the Before and After program. |

| Below is a list of the weeks that summer camp is being offered. Please download and complete the Child Develemopment Center Enrollment form (below) to reserve a spot for your child. Be sure to mark the weeks they will be attending. Your child will only have a spot reserved for the weeks you have indicated. Our Center can only accommodate 25 children in this program which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. |
