| Medical Procedures |

| The Coordinator of the camp will inform parents/guardians if a child is injured at camp. Each camper is required to have personal medical coverage and accident insurance. The camp does not provide this kind of coverage. Parents/guardians will be informed immediately in the event an emergency arises. The parents/guardians will be responsible for picking up the camper and determining if further medical attention is necessary. |

| In case of an emergency requiring immediate medical attention, program staff are required to: |
- Make the child comfortable.
- Notify Coordinator who will contact parent/guardian.
- Call for an ambulance.
- Coordinator will accompany child to hospital.

| In case of accident not requiring emergency care, program staff will: |
- Administer appropriate first aid.
- Notify Coordinator who will contact parent/guardian.
- Observe and monitor the camper's activities.
- Wait with camper until parent/guardian arrives.
