Top Ten Questions About Camps
1. Does the camp day include pre and post camp care?
  Yes, for an additional fee of $35.00 per week. Please call the Child Development Center for more information at 302-857-1886.
2. Shouldl I bring my own equipment?
  Please read each camp description carefully and bring only the equipment that is required.
3. Do I need to bring my lunch?
  If you have enrolled in both a morning and afternoon camp you will need to bring a lunch or you may purchase food in the college cafeteria.
4. How should I dress for camp?
  Please read each camp description carefully and dress appropriately for the camp(s) you have for the day.
5. Who works on the camps staff?
  Our staff is comprised of teachers, counselors and college students from the local area.
6. Where do we meet for the first day?
  Enter the Campus from Scarborough Road and look for signs directing you to the designated camp sign-in location. Look for the first building on your right. Take the first right after passing E. Campus Drive. This  is  a one way loop with the drop off area on your left..

7. What is the counselor to camper ratio?
  We follow state guidelines for counselor to camper ratio. One counselor for every 10 students. Most camps have a 12 student limit.
8. Will there be any additional fees?
  Camp activity fees are included in the cost. Additional fees are charged only if you utilize the extended day care program.
9. What age range does my child fit into if they are 10 years old?
  There is some overlap in the age ranges (6 – 10, 10-13 and 13-16) for students who may prefer camping with others a little older or a little younger than themselves. Please consider each child's emotional and academic maturity when deciding on which camps are best for them. View the Age and Grade Requirements for detailed age ranges.
10. Will there be field trips off campus?
  Several camps will involve off-campus trips, read each camp description carefully to learn more. Otherwise, most camps will remain on the Terry Campus. All camp rules apply while students are on a trip. Additionally, all efforts will be made for trips to return promptly at pick-up time.
