Get into the fast growing facilities maintenance field! New at the Terry Campus, this Certificate Program provides participants with hands-on training in several general maintenance areas. Students completing the program will be highly employable in the general maintenance and "handyman" fields. To earn the certificate, students must satisfactorily complete all 5 courses. Anyone interested in the training only (not pursuing a certificate) are welcome to enroll in ANY general maintenance course.

	Required Courses		Hours
		1. OSHA Construction Safety Course	10 Hours
		2. Basic Carpentry	36 Hours
		3. Basic Plumbing	36 Hours
		4. Residential Wiring I	36 Hours
		5. Heating and Air Conditioning Theory	30 Hours

		Total Hours	148 Hours

	Students are required to provide their own set of basic hand tools for all practical laboratory exercises and assignments. A list of suggested tools is available upon request.
