LIFE KEYS is a year round program for students in Caesar Rodney and Dover High Schools whose scores on the Delaware State Testing Program indicate a need for improvement.

LIFE KEYS staff work with students in their schools and on campus to develop the academic, career, and life skills necessary to lead a successful and independent adulthood.

Transportation is provided from each school to the Terry Campus and to the student's home.

Program activities include:

	Summer employment
	Cultural and social field trips
	Leadership development skills
	Rewards for skill improvement
	Use of a state-of-the-art computer lab
	Individual counseling and advisement
	Incentives for attendance and programs
	Focus on skills needed in the workplace
	Certificates for reaching individual goals
	Work readiness and career exploration
	Assistance with homework and school project help
	Reading, writing, study skills and math tutoring and computer based instruction
