Join Chef Ed for a lively kitchen experience featuring flavorful Japanese-inspired dishes. Have fun rolling your own Sushi. Other dishes will include: Marinated Beef Yakitori; Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura; and Soba Noodle Salad with Tuna Tartare.

Do you know the proper and efficient way to cut an onion? Chef Ed will teach you the basic skills needed for everyday cooking. Basic cooking principles will be performed while preparing a hearty Minestrone Soup; Sautéed Tilapia with Rice Pilaf; and Braised Short-ribs of Beef. For dessert, student chefs will prepare an easy and nutritious Poached Pear served with Raspberries.

Chef Ed will demonstrate and share a selection of chicken favorites that are quick and easy weekday night dishes emphasizing flavor and nutrition. Chicken with Orange, Asparagus and Almonds; Apricot Bourbon Grilled Chicken served with Creamy Spiced Polenta; and Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice.
