Decide on the purpose of your site. |

Devise a hiearchy scheme for your site content. |

Create an outline or flowchart of your content. |

Decide on your primary topics, these will most likely become your menu items. |

Make sure your menu text makes sense and is readable to your audience. |

Organize your content into chunks of information that you can present on the web in one to three screens (including the menu, header, and images you might have.) |

Make your text scan-able and readable. |

Keep your sentences to no more than 20 words. |

Keep your paragraphs to 2 - 5 sentences. |

Provide a page title for each page to help your user navigate and know where they are. |

Only use images, audio, video, or animations that supports or adds to the overall message of your content. Make sure they are properly sized (pixels) for the page. |
