Enjoy a customized gourmet dinner for eight people in your home designed and prepared by Delaware Tech’s Culinary Arts Department Chair, students and instructors. Terry Campus Culinary Arts Department Chair Chef Ed Hennessy, a Certified Executive Chef in the American Culinary Federation and member of the American Academy of Chefs, has held various executive chef positions from 1974-1994 in New York and Delaware. He began instruction at Delaware Technical & Community College, Stanton Campus in 1994. Over the past 35 years, he has cooked for celebrities, governors, former presidents and crowds of up to 800 people.

Authentic BBQ Bash for 50 People by Rob Fox
The Mission of BBQ Grills Catering is to provide you with food prepared using the same methods as used in sanctioned competitions. Food is cooked with wood or charcoal only and seasoned with award-winning rubs. Slow-roasted and smoked until its tender and juicy. Glazed or served with world championship sauces.
