The purpose of the Human Services Honor Society is to recognize and encourage scholarship, leadership, fellowship, and service among Delaware Technical & Community College students, alumni, and faculty who exhibit superior scholastic and leadership qualities, character, and participation in the field of human services. Working towards this goal, this local unnamed Chapter shall provide opportunities for the development of leadership and service, an intellectual climate for the exchange of ideas, lively fellowship for scholars, and stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence. 

Student membership requirements:

Currently enrolled, completed twelve (12) semester credits required for the Human Services degree program; and maintained an overall grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.3 for that course work.
