MS Office 2007 Basics
This class is for students will little or no experience with Microsoft Office. You will learn the similar or identical components of the Office software applications, including basic editing commands, common shortcut keys, customizing toolbars and menus, using page setup commands, printing files, working with fonts, cutting/copying and pasting data, and all of the exciting new features of Office 2007. Integrating MS Office
Combine, link and embed data within Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) to eliminate repetitive typing and decrease errors. Use names and addresses in an Access database as the data source for a Word mail merge, create a hyperlink from a PowerPoint presentation to an Excel document, insert a Word outline in PowerPoint presentation, insert a link to an Excel file from a Word document, and embed an Excel chart into a PowerPoint slide or Word document.

Topics include creating presentations from scratch and using the AutoContent wizard, rearranging and deleting slides, entering, editing and formatting text, setting tabs, templates, slide masters, adding transitions and timings, speaker notes and footers, setting up slide shows, proofing tools, running and printing presentations, drawing tools, AutoShapes and all of the exciting new features of PowerPoint 2007.
