Full Time Faculty
	Ron Pleasanton - is an instructor and the department chair in the Visual Communications program at Delaware Tech – Terry Campus. He brings 33 years of design experience to his classroom. He holds an MFA in Advertising Design and a Bachelors degree in studio art. Prior to beginning his teaching career Ron was an established professional designer with experience in product design, print and advertising design, exhibit design, and environmental graphics. 	Dallas Hayes - Just completed his Masters with Wilmington University (2007) in Information Technology with a focus in web design and streaming media (in one year), and has his B.S. from Delaware State University in Studio Art (1995). He is a self-taught graphic designer who loves his Apple computers. Dallas has worked for local printers, lived and worked through the dot com boom & bust. Dallas has now has settled in for the long haul teaching. Dallas has been teaching in the VSC department since 2001. He designed and built his own house in 2003-04. Next item on his to-do list is to ride one of his motorcycles across the United States in the summer of 2008 just about all of the ride will be off road. 	Patti Bishop - is an award winning graphic designer and illustrator who obtained her associates from The Art Institute of Philadelphia, bachelors from Wilmington University, and is currently working on her masters with Delaware State University.
