Delaware Technical Community College’s wide array of benefits not only enhances your financial security and well-being, they also add significantly to your total compensation. Thinking of Retirement?  If you are now eligible for retirement, or will be in the next 3 to 5 years, you should contact the Benefits Specialist at the Office of the President (302) 857-1693 to begin planning.

State of Delaware Pension Office - As a member of the Delaware Public Employees' Retirement System (DPERS) your benefit plans are clearly defined and paid regardless of market events. This website will answer any questions you may have about your pension.

Delaware Technical Community College Personnel Policy Manual – this website gives you extensive information about the benefits and opportunities available to you as a Delaware Tech employee.
