Four Delaware Tech Students Attend Cyber Camp

DOVER – Four Delaware Tech students were among 30 selected statewide to attend the 3rd annual summer Cyber Security Camp held July 9-13 at the University of Delaware. This camp is hosted by U.S. Cyber Challenge in conjunction with the Department of Technology and Information, University of Delaware, Wilmington University and Delaware Tech.

Raven Banks of Smyrna, Peter Clemenko of Felton, Bennie Coleman of Dover, and David Stewart of Clayton were among the students who were high-scorers in the “Cyber Quest” competition held earlier this year and won slots in the camp. The one-week camp is part of a national initiative focused on identifying and developing cyber security talent to meet the country’s critical cyber security workforce needs.
