Hospitality Management Students Awarded Scholarships
DOVER - Delaware Tech hospitality management students Kaitlyn Arnold and Eunice Kennedy were among six individuals recently awarded scholarships during the Delaware Hotel and Lodging Association’s annual STARS of the Industry dinner.
Scholarship recipients were selected by winning an essay competition on a current industry topic. The association noted that a record number of essays were submitted this year.
For their winning work in the essay competition, Arnold received $2,500 from the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau and Kennedy received the $2,000 Delaware Express Scholarship Award.
The Delaware Tech hospitality management associate degree program is offered on campuses across the state and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). For additional information, please visit the hospitality management program of study webpage.
