18 Fall 2022 Delaware Tech Student-Athletes Earn Conference All-Academic Honors

Eighteen of Delaware Technical Community College’s student-athletes from three different fall 2022 teams recently earned Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) All-Academic Team honors.
To be named to the EPAC All-Academic Team, student-athletes must have participated in a fall sport and achieved a minimum of a 3.25 GPA, while enrolled in 12 credits. The EPAC is made up of 13 National Junior College Athletic Association member colleges in Pennsylvania and Delaware within Region 19.
Earning the honors from the women’s volleyball team were sophomores Isabella Denk (Red Lion Christian Academy), Morgan Donahue (Smyrna High School), Kailee Gautier (St. Elizabeth High School), and Alexcia Sutton (Red Lion Christian Academy), along with freshmen Ashley Kelly (Delaware Military Academy), Paige Orth (Polytech High School), and Cassie Swift (Smyrna High School).
Earning the honors from the men’s and women’s cross country team were sophomores Kaitlyn Cavallucci (Sussex Tech High School), Jacob Gordon (Caesar Rodney High School), Reese Lohman (Smyrna High School), and Joe Volk (Hodgson Vo-Tech), along with freshman Kat Jiminez (homeschooled).
Earning the honors from the men’s basketball team were sophomores Cole Matthews (Smyrna High School), Syed Myles (Caesar Rodney High School), and Noah Tran (Countryside High School), along with freshmen Devin McDowell (Glasgow High School), Jordan Moore (William Penn High School), and Ethan Schmidt (Kennett High School).
Last fall, Delaware Tech had eight fall student-athletes receive EPAC All-Academic honors.
Delaware Tech joined EPAC in 2020 for athletic competition, providing the College with expanded opportunities and exposure for student-athletes, teams, and coaches.
