Connected Degree and Transfer Fair

Meet with college/university representatives and invited military partners to discuss transfer options to continue the completion of a successful education.

What happens during the Connected Degree and Transfer Fair?

  • College/University and military representatives meet with students and alumni to discuss transfer options upon earning an associate degree from Delaware Tech
  • Use zoom technology to connect with partners
  • Connect with our partners in a chat room setting
  • Ask questions about transfer process and degrees/programs

How do I participate in the event?

Registration is encouraged. Complete the registration form.

This event takes place online using the Zoom web conferencing platform. Participants are encouraged to connect via a computer, tablet, or mobile device preferably with access to a camera and microphone connected to the internet. How should I prepare in advance?

  • Research participating college/university, and military partners on our Connected Degree site
  • Review your current major/program of study
  • Develop a list of college/university and military partners to visit on the day of the fair
  • Create relevant questions (review our suggested questions below)
  • Test your technology in advance of the Connected Degree & Transfer fair

What should I do on the day of the fair?

  • Wear comfortable casual attire
  • Connect with partners of interest who are present
  • Connect using the zoom link on this web page
  • Attend from a distraction-free environment
  • Use clear and appropriate communication
