GEORGETOWN - For one day only, a music festival is coming to Sussex County. The Happiness Project for Music and Mental Health will be held on Wednesday, March 4 from noon-10 p.m. at Delaware Technical Community College’s Owens Campus in Georgetown. The event is free to students, staff, faculty, and the general public, and is open to all ages. Full Story

STANTON - On February 12, leaders from the business and education community from across the state of Delaware gathered to learn about Governor Jack Markell’s Pathways to Prosperity Initiative for Delaware students. STANTON – The Stanton/George Campus is hosting a Florida vacation raffle in order to raise funds for student scholarships. The raffle winner will receive a one week stay at the Westgate Town Center in Kissimmee, Florida from December 25, 2015 - January 1, 2016. The winner will also receive a $1,000 travel allowance that can be used toward travel costs. Full Story

Delaware Technical Community College and Salisbury University’s Franklin P. Perdue School of Business celebrated the signing of business transfer agreements between the two campuses on Wednesday, December 10. Students from Sussex Technical High School and Delaware Tech joined others from the Perdue School of Business to learn more about the University and the new agreements. Full Story
