DOVER – Governor Jack A. Markell nominated, and the Delaware State Senate confirmed, Ms. Patti A. Grimes as a member of Delaware Tech's Board of Trustees, effective May 13, 2015. Ms. Grimes replaces Louis F. Owens, Jr., M.D. as the Sussex County appointment. Full Story

Flags were flown at the Georgetown and Dover locations of Delaware Tech in honor of our military, first responders and other heroes who serve our country or community and make a difference in the lives of others. “Flags for Heroes,” now in its second year, is a partnership with the College and the Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club and the Capital City Rotary Club. Students earning associate degrees in several majors at Delaware Tech will benefit from recently signed agreements that provide an avenue to a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology. The agreements provide students from four Delaware Tech majors with a streamlined transition to junior-level standing in bachelor-degree majors, without duplicating courses. Full Story
