Students earning associate degrees in several majors at Delaware Tech will benefit from recently signed agreements that provide an avenue to a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology. The agreements provide students from four Delaware Tech majors with a streamlined transition to junior-level standing in bachelor-degree majors, without duplicating courses. Full Story

Delaware Technical Community College and Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIU Carbondale) recently partnered with the signing of several new transfer agreements. These new transfer agreements will provide pathways for Delaware Tech associate degree graduates to transfer as juniors to SIU Carbondale and earn a bachelor’s degree in the following majors: Full Story

Recently, Governor Jack Markell announced grant funding to 15 high schools to support Delaware students as part of the Pathways to Prosperity initiative. This program creates partnerships with the Department of Education (DOE), employers, colleges and universities, and school districts to prepare high school students for careers that offer good job opportunities now and for the future. WILMINGTON - Congratulations to Vernell Brown for being selected as a Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) 2015 Guistwhite Scholarship recipient. Vernell was one of only 15 PTK honor society members nationwide to receive this award. Full Story
