GEORGETOWN - Ralph “Butch” Lee, former custodian and bookstore clerk for Delaware Technical Community College, was inducted in the Owens Campus Hall of Fame on Friday, April 4, 2014. Full Story

On February 18, 1930, Ted Freeman was born. On February 18, 2014 – on what would have been his eighty-fourth birthday – Delaware Tech dedicated the Theodore C. Freeman Powerplant Education Building. Although his life was tragically cut short, the story of a local boy who achieved his dream of becoming an astronaut continues to inspire those involved in aviation today. Full Story

GEORGETOWN - Delaware Tech will host a day of elegant fashion and pre-holiday shopping on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013.  The Saturday Before the Season event will include the College’s sixth annual Fashion Show, as well as a unique shopping opportunity – The Village Shoppes, which will offer visitors the opportunity to peruse a collection of local boutiques and restaurants under one roof.
