STANTON - Delaware Tech has partnered with Amazon to offer on-site training for employees of Amazon’s Middletown fulfillment center. The classes are part of Amazon’s Career Choice program, which pays 95% of tuition, fees and textbooks for associates for up to four years of education. Full Story

The Learning Communities collegewide leadership team held the 2015 Learning Communities Summer Institute from July 27-30 at the Terry Campus in Dover. This was the fourth annual 30-hour training for new learning community instructors. Full Story

STANTON - On Monday, June 1, a grand opening celebration was held at the Stanton Campus to officially commemorate the opening of the 20,000 square foot nursing wing. STANTON - Fourteen Discover Bank employees recently completed a financial literacy course offered at their job site, in partnership with Delaware Tech. Discover launched the Financial Literacy series to introduce their employees to the basics of personal money management, including the various types of credit as well as investing. Full Story
