As the nation celebrated National Volunteer Week in April, Delaware Technical Community College continues to celebrate its year-long 50th anniversary through volunteerism – “Delivering Excellence, Changing Lives” through service to others.

WILMINGTON – It was a full house at Delaware Tech’s George Campus on Tuesday, February 24, as the College recognized Maurice Pritchett, Sr., at a Black History Month Honoree Celebration.
DOVER – The 3rd annual Delaware Tech Terry Campus Chocolate Lovers 5K Run/Walk, appropriately held on Valentine’s Day, drew a record crowd of more than 600 participants to campus and raised more than $20,000 for the campus’ International Education Study Abroad Scholarship Program.

Wilmington, Delaware – On Friday, February 6, 2015, Delaware Technical Community College’s Dental Health Center, located at the College’s George Campus in Wilmington, hosted Give Kids a Smile, a national program that provides free dental care to children from low-income families.
