DOVER - The Terry Campus Workforce Development and Community Education division held a November 13, 2015, graduation ceremony for 15 individuals who successfully completed the College’s State Constable Academy.
DOVER - Students in the Terry Campus criminal justice and homeland security programs recently had the opportunity to participate in an emergency response drill conducted by the Dover Police Department.

STANTON – Delaware Technical Community College’s Stanton/Wilmington Campus is pleased to announce the hiring of Jim Fischer to lead the creation of a cross country team at that campus. Fischer is a longtime coaching professional, who coached track and field at the University of Delaware from 1982 until 2012.
DOVER - Delaware Technical Community College’s Board of Trustees voted unanimously at its June 4 meeting to approve Dr. Mark T. Brainard as executive vice president effective July 1, 2013. In this collegewide role, Dr. Brainard will be responsible for working collaboratively with the president in providing strategic thinking and direction for all administrative areas and have day-to-day responsibility for management of the major operational divisions of the College.

Georgetown – The Town of Delmar’s Robert Windsor, of Delmar, was named the 2012 Water Operator of the Year and Sussex County Engineering’s Ann F. Hobbs, of Frankford, was named the 2012 Wastewater Operator of the Year at the 2013 Operator of the Year Ceremony on May 2 at Delaware Technical Community College’s Owens Campus.
WILMINGTON - Instructor Kim Krzanowski believes in doing good – and looking good. A full-time instructor and coordinator for the Early Childhood Education program at Delaware Tech’s Wilmington Campus, she also offers personal style consulting services through her firm, Style Savvy with Kim.
DOVER — Senator Tom Carper was briefed on early childhood best practices and procedures at Delaware Tech’s Child Development Center May 3. The Center is a teaching site for Delaware Tech Early Childhood Education majors.
Delaware Technical Community College and the Delaware State Police Academy honored the first graduating class of the new Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Option at a ceremony on May 8 at the Delaware State Police Academy in Dover.
