DOVER - The Delaware Tech Terry Campus surgical technology program recently was honored with a 2014 Galaxy Star Award from the Association of Surgical Technologists. GEORGETOWN - For one day only, a music festival is coming to Sussex County. The Happiness Project for Music and Mental Health will be held on Wednesday, March 4 from noon-10 p.m. at Delaware Technical Community College’s Owens Campus in Georgetown.
